DESCRIPTION: A large 19th century dore bronze sevres clock. Features an overall bronze and porcelain foundation, centered by a "Crosnier" enamel painted dial encased within a glass dome. The center body features in a white ground color, hand painted with multicolored floral patterns, flanked by two bronze handles decorated in rococo style with ram head motifs. The base is garnished with a male and female faun on either side, further draped by absinthe vine across the center. Supported by a bronze base featuring scrolled foliate feet on either side, decorated across the middle with a porcelain painted plaque and a trophy acorn decoration. Comes with key.
